- Ensure patient’s flies have been entered/updated both in the HMIS tools and UgandaEMR. Completion of HMIS reports. Clean up UgandaEMR database for inconsistencies Carry out data quality assessments for the different HIV indicators and child health indicators. Ensuring proper documentation of records in the facility. Carry out backlog clearance of the UgandaEMR system and conduct facility-based UgandaEMR mentorship. Provide technical support in the onsite implementation of OpenMRS at USAID selected health facilities including system installation, Upgrades and troubleshooting.
