• This is a strategic role where I am responsible for supporting all business operations by managing the organization's HR administration, strategic planning and execution, foster employee relations, payroll and compliance issues. Overall, this position is responsible for executing and managing all recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and record keeping and general HR activities for AD Concept Limited to ensure that an organization runs smoothly. At the start of this role I was tasked to starting the HR department that was not existent but with only a few policies here and there. I did an internal HR Audit and within months I had designed an Employee Handbook, HR policies Manuel and trained staff on Customer Experience and Performance Management which are key trainings I had identified to get me on track as I start the challenging function.

• Working at Spedag Interfreight my role was to design and implement strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews, and hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere. I was responsible for consulting executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their business or company. At this role I was rewarded and recognized for various awards like: Employee of the months of July and August, team member of the month of August,1st runner up Employee of the year and my team word the award of the most outstanding team/department in a particular month. I initiated an HR News letter, Town hall meetings and held the first ever diversity showcase at the company.

• My role here was to support the HR Manager with the overall implementation of the policies and functions/processes of the Human Resource department. At this role I was recognized and awarded as Change Champion of the year 2014 as I played an influential, transformational and thought leadership role during a company wide transformation to change the way we do things in the organization. I came up with the slogan, 'The greatest workforce in the greatest workplace,'' which was adapted as our stronghold during that change period.
