  • This is a strategic role where I am responsible for supporting all business operations by managing the organization's HR administration, strategic planning and execution, foster employee relations, payroll and compliance issues. Overall, this position is responsible for executing and managing all recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and record keeping and general HR activities for AD Concept Limited to ensure that an organization runs smoothly. At the start of this role I was tasked to starting the HR department that was not existent but with only a few policies here and there. I did an internal HR Audit and within months I had designed an Employee Handbook, HR policies Manuel and trained staff on Customer Experience and Performance Management which are key trainings I had identified to get me on track as I start the challenging function.
