For instance, if the company wants to pass on any sort of communication, it can choose to go through the Support department to deliver the message as it will be understood by stakeholders very well, and for customers, if they happen to have any complaints or suggestions to the company, still they can go through the support department where I work to have their matter looked into. With the experience I have attained over time, I have developed several skills and knowledge to enable me to perform the tasks assigned to me effectively and efficiently to the expectations of my supervisors and the company having the customers or clients happy or having value for their money.
