  • In 2021, I have adapted a collections strategy for over 1200 add-on products which included quick cash loans, this required me to train 35 collections offices at Tugende Ltd across Uganda. This resulted in an increase in Effective Repayment from 50% to 82% towards the target of 90% in 3 months. In 2020, As an acting Senior Collections Coordinator at Tugende Ltd, I managed a portfolio segment of challenged clients amounting to UGX 46 billion portfolio value and a team of 43 collections officers, team leaders, and coordinators across Uganda to collect UGX 1 billion weekly average.

Together with these, we were able to complete 8 other projects which reduced the lead time in client onboarding processes from 30 days to 5 working days, this also reduced permit processing lead time from 14 days to 2 days, reducing insurance claims lead time from 60 days to 10 working days.
