- This was a great experience for me due to the fact that I had to interact with customers on a daily basis. This came along with various responsibilities which included converting inactive accounts for customers. We, as a team were able to convert over 30% of the inactive accounts to active. I also performed Net promoter Score on all the branches. This was aimed at getting feedback from customers about the services provided by the bank at the specific branch.
