• leader experience Leadership is motivating people to achieve a set goal even when people feel like not wanting to do so and putting in mind that everything is possible. well leadership is motivating people to follow aiming at a certain goal and constantly learning. l can also be defined as being able to identify problem in a particular area and define fitting solutions. There are many goal 'displacers' so, as a leader one has to find the way of motivating people even those who are not willing by giving the reasons to follow and being the role model with respect and humility. I remember as a Headgirl at Creamland, girls would want to escape from School. I took time to explain to them the dangers of escaping and benefits of staying in school. In a summary, a leader must be willing to serve, very patient and understanding with wisdom then God fearing, in most of the times authoritative will be needed and other times needs to be authoritarian

• VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE Most of times as an Usher people would not appreciate my service yet other would sincerely bless me. This taught me mostly to aim at praising God, knowing that Jesus himself was not appreciated to the point that people he had come to save killed him, special people would come to preach yet I was not informed by the Chairmen in order to prepare for them something so, I discovered that I have to prepared every time. There was a lot of work in Sunday School because I was given a Sunday School of over fifty children in one class with different age bracket, I learnt to improvise by training a few children to help me in the very little one also I convinced a few students to always go with me on Sunday. This was to help in putting different classes depending on the age bracket where I encouraged teamwork of both slow and quick learners. I would make sure that all children stay active through putting them in discussion groups
