During my time at CFAO, I got hands-on experience while dealing in plenty of engineering jobs from frequent service jobs to major and minor equipment overhauls including gearbox and engine overhauls. I also took part in a lot of maintenance and inspection jobs on various workshop equipment like hoists and special service tools. I am also well versed with workshop protocols and regulations as I have served most of my working time in a workshop. In addition to my work experience, I served my internship at Roofing’s Rolling Mills,Namanve where I dealt in a variety of machines such as cut to length, Eco tile, super tile machines .While at Roofing’s, I ensured machines run in the normal operating conditions by doing preventive maintenance and routine inspection. I am also well versed with the health and safety regulations to ensure a clean working environment and the use of protective gear.
