• I liaised with National Information Technology Authority to spearhead the migration of our internet service provision to fiber optic technology, which was much faster, reliable , and lower cost. § I created an IT policy in partnership with the leadership of the organization and put it into force. This policy was followed for the whole period of the project. § I carried out training on the use of different IT services. § I also carried out a periodic analysis of the workflow of IT processes to generate reports for my supervisors with the current status of ICT operations and recommendations on new technology and or equipment to purchase. § I was responsible for the specification, categorization, and purchasing of IT equipment and software for the different users, based on their needs, to ensure value for money. § I also successfully participated in the liaison with an international company to supply the inquiry with smart audio recording equipment to support the smooth flow and recording of hearings. § I also got the experience to interact with the premise-CCTV system which occasionally would require me to provide security officials footage of certain events being investigated.

• I assisted my supervisor in administering the Dental practice management system and was able to manage it at all the clinic’s branches physically and remotely in the absence of my supervisor. Some of the activities included; backup, storage, helpdesk, software upgrade , and others. § I was delegated the role to identify and propose the best service provider for a fiber connection to enable the different branches to communicate which I successfully executed and is still the service used today. § I also participated in the installation of thin clients within the Dental operating rooms. § Participation in server management and installation of server software, for example QuickBooks, X-ray software, etc. § I was able to conduct monthly training where the IT department would guide users on new features of the enterprise system or general IT information that may not be known.
