• Through (GIS) geographic information system spatial analysis and geoprocessing, I mapped, processed, analyzed and numbered; 23,214 structures, 224 roads/ junctions, a number of solar street lights and petrol stations and performed online data entry of 942 properties, in Kampala, that has led to increased institutional and infrastructure development and the realization of the organization intended goal from 40% to 80% in Kampala as a city. As team Leader, I managed the team of 40 to50 persons and ensured effective team work and significant representation of the project team, advocated and sphere headed resource mobilization among the team to support team activities on 15 to 20 accounts with 5,530,000 shillings being the highest amount among and resolved conflicts among the team which fostered the achievement of the organizational objective.
