• Worked for Government ministry of water and Environment at a landing site were the government was doing a pilot project of a water supply treatment plant in Mukono district, Katosi landing site on the shores of Lake Victoria as the water source thereafter was to be treated by using filters (Sand and Carbon), use of chemicals and later on be transmitted and distributed to a community with over 1,000,000 people. Duties and responsibility were, to supervise the installation of the treatment plant system, trench excavation, pipe laying, installation of water reservoir tanks so that water flows by gravitational force to the whole community and drink clean treated water to cub down water borne diseases.
