Skills
Usually construction sites are spread all over the country so you have to blend in a team, work with them and ensure tasks are as per the requirements. Being on sites at the level of foreman and supervisor has taught me, problem solving skills, pressure management, creativity because sometimes its a bit late to change designs yet construction has to go on, leadership as I seek to influence the construction gang and organize them for the schedules.
