- I have been able to coordinate different stakeholders relevant for the establishment and development of Tochi Irrigation Scheme in Oyam district, Northern Uganda. Also, I actively participated in identifucation and recruiting farmers who are supposed to utilize the farm land in the irrigation scheme. I was fully engaged in designing program, training materials and translation of those materials for the benefit of the local farmers. I participated actively in sensitisation activities through open meetings, Radio talk shows and Church visits.
