- I am a highly talented & professional Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 15 years of Construction and Project Management experience in civil engineering operations and in the telecom industry. I have vast experience in site build, having been involved with the planning (with radio and transmission planners), field survey with planners and acquisition teams, detailed design drawing for construction and government approvals, direct site build (as site supervisor or manager), electrical works, Tower foundation design and implementation, Shelter assembly, equipment base/pads, fencing and retaining wall construction, as-built documentation taking into records few changes from Detailed Design Drawings during construction (if any), site inspection for quality delivery, preliminary and final acceptance, site upgrade, tower retrofit/strengthening, battery back-up systems, solar power installation for sites in rural areas, just to mention a few in over 500 sites across Africa (Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, Gabon, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Seychelles). In addition to above, I manage and conduct tower members and load survey, analysis, upgrade design, steel supply and upgrade on existing towers to be able to take more load or support existing load appropriately.
