  • Supervisor
  • Delaware North and The Recruitment Network
  • 11.2018 - 11.2019
  • New Zealand I arrived in New Zealand with a working Holiday Visa and so had to focus on jobs in Hospitality. I mostly worked for Delaware North at the Westpac Stadium, managing sport events, concerts and high number functions (up to 800 persons) My main activity was to supervise teams focusing on the quality of service towards the customers. I therefore developed a range of high quality skills that helped me becoming the VIP Lounge supervisor at the Stadium. In order to meet different people and ways of working I also worked as a temporary worker, as a supervisor, maître d´hôtel, barman and even barista. Thus I worked for 5-stars restaurant (Hippopotamus), weddings and events with well recognized catering companies (Nosh or Sarah Searancke), and fast paced venues in the city center.

  • France I was part of a special team of financial advisers created by the 3rd leading banking group in France to replace people on leave at short notice in all agencies in the south west of France. The interest in that mobility was that I was always under pressure, working on projects missing a supervisor for weeks and so with impatient customers, if not aggressive. Also, I have been in contact with different socioeconomic groups with different life objectives, which made it more complex for me to reach my KPIs. If I had to outline the skills I have used best, it would be: • Autonomy • Customer management • Adaptability
  • Logistic Manager
  • Viladomat
  • 01.2011 - 12.2011
  • Andorra Replacement from a maternity leave. I had to resolve short term problems in the supply chain, mostly due to the change of seasonal products (summer and winter). The difficulties were in terms of logistics within our walls but also managing any mistakes made by our suppliers, knowing the products had to cross a minimum of one border.

  • French Guiana Working for a new business (4 years old), I was hired to be the interface with the customer once the sale was done. We were selling houses on plan, so the customer had to wait up to one year before receiving his key. In order to control that year I developed strong relationships with complementary businesses (Kitchen builders, Household suppliers…) and provided my customers with many options at a good price. In exchange, they were complying with my deadlines and avoided any last moment decision. I also managed the properties the company had for rent. Finally, I assisted the project manager in studying the costs and risks of the projects, and also in supervising the worksites.
