• I served world vison Uganda as a volunteer in CTS (Commodity tracking system) then later I was given a job as an M&E Assisstant performing key rolls in carrying out post-distribution monitoring surveys in the fileds of Amuria, Katakwi in eastern Uganda and Pader and Agago districts in Northern Uganda.

• ACDI/VOCA was implementing amulti years Assistance program(MYAP) hadling five key aspects of food security, i.e. Agronomy, Post harvest handling, Nutrition and Hygien, Farming as a business and Group formation and savings. I was previllaged to monitor key indicators of all the five aspects as implemneted by grantees (Sub NGOs) that was LWF Kitugum and LWF pader, Africa 2000 Net work and AWUPAWE. I used to support four grantees in monitoring and report on monthly basis

• This has been my longest serving organisation. serving the elderly under cash transfer program. I find the program interesting becasue i move to elderly hopes chart with tehm , record how the money has helped them and take their pictures.
