We are looking for a  Senior Receptionist. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Provide information about the organization and its services. Handle inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
